P830 Macroporous Acrylic Acid Series Weak Alkaline Anion Exchange Resin

P830 Macroporous Acrylic Acid Series Weak Alkaline Anion Exchange Resin

About this Product:

The S830 is a high-capacity, macroporous anion exchange resin built on an acrylic matrix. This design ensures the rapid and efficient removal of both mineral and organic acids.

A key feature of the S830 is its unique amine functionality, which leads to an exceptionally high operating capacity. This, combined with efficient desorption during regeneration, significantly reduces the risk of resin fouling and helps maintain consistent performance.

The S830 is ideally suited for the removal of nitrates or sulfates from process waste and condensate in nitrogen-based fertilizer production. It can be regenerated very efficiently using ammonia.

Application

The S830 is a macroporous resin specifically designed for demanding industrial applications. Its very high capacity makes it a highly effective solution for:

Effluent neutralization: Provides a reliable method for neutralizing acidic waste streams.

Sulfate removal from seawater: A critical process for reducing scale formation and corrosion in industrial systems.
